We stand behind AppStudio. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right. This policy outlines when refunds are granted, how to request one, and what to expect.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date for any reason. We ask only that you let us know what went wrong — your feedback helps us improve the product.
To request a refund, email rdavidson@keysecnexus.com with your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
If you cannot get AppStudio running after following setup instructions and contacting support, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days.
Contact us within 30 days. We'll refund your original purchase and you can repurchase the correct tier, or we can arrange an upgrade/downgrade directly.

The $49/year Update Pass is non-refundable once major updates have been downloaded and applied.
Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing license keys beyond permitted seats) are not eligible for refunds.
In cases where a full refund is not applicable but a partial refund is warranted (for example, a billing error on a Team license), we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond quickly and resolve issues fairly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in license revocation.
